I can recall trying to strike up a conversation with my old brother Shaye, when he was working on his car. The best thing I could come up with one time was asking if his tires had good “gription” 😀
And apparently we’re not the only ones. I searched google “Define: gription” and it’s in the wiktionary, urban dictionary and Merriam-Webster “New Words & Slang” archives!
